Internship Details
Savion LLC, a dynamic renewable energy developer, is seeking an IT Business Intelligence Intern to join our Data & Analytics department starting as soon as possible. The position will focus on reporting and data maintenance. The candidate will complete a variety of tasks while being trained and mentored by our team of IT experts. This position is open to all qualified individuals who desire to work on Savion’s IT team in our Kansas City office.

Position Responsibilities
- Solicit and document reporting requirements from business users.
- Creation of reporting assets in Power BI and SQL Flat Files.
- Monitor data quality in data repositories.
- Provide technical assistance and support to users
- Research and find solutions to new reporting requests
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Any additional IT-related tasks as required
Position Requirements
- Previous internship or experience in a reporting support role
- Progress towards a 4-year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related field. Equivalent work experience is acceptable in lieu of degree
- Ability to effectively problem solve and troubleshoot report inconsistencies and errors.
- Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
