Choctaw Fields Solar Project, Savion’s second operating project in Oklahoma, began construction in November 2024 and entered commercial operation in August 2026. The project interconnects to the Hugo 138kV Substation as it generates clean, renewable energy and contributes to a reliable electric grid.
Spanning approximately 920 acres near Fort Towson, Oklahoma, Choctaw Fields generates enough clean, renewable electricity to power the equivalent of approximately 16,000 Oklahoma homes annually. With an expected operating life of 40 years, the project represents a long-term investment in reliable energy generation.
